The Pulselinks Content Library provides advanced & flexible content storage and sharing capabilities for brochures, documents, presentations & other files. You can obtain an updated consent from speakers online, enable upload of presentations, and send reminders emails. Speakers can preview their PowerPoint presentation, delete slides that they don’t want to publish and generate a watermarked pdf for sharing with event participants.
eDoc Suite
eDoc Suite is a set of Microsoft Office add-ons for Word, Excel & PowerPoint that lets you use your data in MS Office with ease.
Creating simple flat tables from data sources is possible in MS Office, but complex data integration (master-detail or from multiple databases) requires custom development or macros. Even then, flexible automatic formatting is difficult. The eDoc Suite allows you to integrate and present complex data intuitively without writing any code.
You can use the eDoc Suite with or without SharePoint and create complex tables in your Office documents using data lists from the following sources:

For event attendees it makes life easier because they don't have to re-enter their profile data and preferences every time they register for an event.
For event managers, it facilitates setup of events and makes it possible to send requests for proposals. It also allows you to manage access for agencies that you work with on a regular basis.
Text Messaging
The Pulselinks Text Messaging functionality allows event managers and all participants to communicate with each other throughout the event life cycle. This improves the communication between all parties and promotes user interaction prior to and during the event.
Messages sent to users that are off-line are also sent as notifications to the Pulselinks Mobile application.
Discussion Forum
The Pulselinks Discussion Forum allows all participants to communicate and interact with each other throughout the event life cycle. This is a great way of increasing the engagement of the delegates with speakers and event organizers and even sponsors & exhibitors.
For certain types of events the discussion forum could serve as a means of initiating pre-event subject matter discussions to increase delegate engagement in the event. Features such as restricted access, discussion categories, latest posts displayed on the webs site and “Follow” discussion capabilities make for a more interactive event experience.

- Video streaming (for broadcasting a session), combining with users providing text questions to presenters for a hybrid interactive session

Survey
Analyze attendee feedback to determine the success of your current event and improve future events.
For Surveys you can set up one or multiple questions per session. You have the ability to change the questions’ text or type and preferred answer type based on the question. You can set up the answer in a horizontal or vertical layout.
Event Dashboard and Reports
Pulselinks allows you to create customized reports and dashboard according to your needs.
Custom Reports are classified in four groups
- Global Reports: Available for all events and require that the event or document templates are standard and the same questions/attributes are used consistently across events
- Event Specific Reports: Applicable for a specific event only.
- Personal Reports: Only available to the user who created the report and can be used for any event provided that the questions/attributes are consistent across events.
- Event Specific Personal Report: Restricted to a particular event and the user who created the report.
